Jennifer has more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education and other education fields. She has held executive leadership positions in the Australian federal government and state governments, and has served as a senior consultant in the Children’s Education and Care Quality Administration (ACECQA) and the NSW Regulatory Authority (NSW Regulatory Authority), as a national quality framework for pre-school education in Australia. In addition, Jennifer provides consulting services for many authoritative organisations and kindergarten groups. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Education and Social Services at the University of Sydney. He has developed and taught a number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. She is the contributing author of the third edition of Anti-Discrimination Methods in Preschool Education (2016) and Leadership in the Preschool Education Environment (2017).
